A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana, 46250, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Phyllis I. Breyette, 77, Indianapolis, IN passed away March 3, 2016 at Golden Living Center- Brookview surrounded by family.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, with a great love for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Phyllis worked at Wishard Hospital in the Prenatal Unit for 10 years.

She is survived by: her daughter, Cheryl Dunnavant (Greg); grandsons, Matthew and Nathan; her son Wesley Wayne Radford (Julia); grandchildren , Nicole, Beth, Travis, Anthony and Timothy; son, Bobby Breyette (Patti); grandchildren, Tiffany and Jamie; and granddaughter, Aubrin Breyette; and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Allen Breyette and her sister, Freda Tucker.
